Cancellation Policy

At Zen Zone Wellness, your appointment time is set aside just for you. When appointments are canceled last-minute or missed, it not only keeps other clients from being able to book that time but also affects the cash flow that allows us to support our team and continue offering the services you love.

To keep things fair and sustainable, we kindly ask for your understanding of our policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 80% of the service fee.
No-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee (100%).

Your cooperation helps us take care of our staff, cover business expenses, and make sure we can be here for you and our entire Zen Zone community. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Membership Policy

At Zen Zone Wellness, our memberships are designed to keep you consistent with your self-care and wellness goals. Here’s how it works:

One Credit Per Month – Each membership includes one credit per month, billed automatically.
Use It Monthly – Credits must be used within the same month and do not roll over.
Therapist Availability – Memberships do not guarantee a specific therapist; scheduling will be based on availability.
12-Month Commitment – Memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. After the initial 12 months, you may cancel and continue on a month-to-month basis.
Commitment to You – This system encourages regular visits, helping you stay consistent on your wellness journey while also ensuring our team is available for all clients.
